Lisa Resnick comes to New York City real estate with a passion for city living and a first-hand knowledge of both acquiring properties and managing bicoastal living. An avid homebuyer and investor, Lisa and her longtime boyfriend have owned their TriBeCa home for 11 years, resided in SoHo before that, and hold an investment property in the West Village. She also owns a home in Santa Monica, California.

Known for her world-class sense of humor and seemingly endless patience, Lisa strives to keep clients at ease while navigating the treacherous waters of Manhattan real estate. With a stellar 20-year career in the demanding entertainment industry under her belt, Lisa is no stranger to satisfying high-level clientele, juggling multiple priorities and maintaining unflappable grace under pressure. Lisa also owned a fitness studio in Brentwood, California, so she knows what it means to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a business.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Lisa moved to Los Angeles in her 20s to pursue a career in entertainment. Living in both Los Angeles and New York for the last 11 years, she’s excited to guide clients on their real estate quest, especially in her home neighborhood of Tribeca. When she’s not working, you’ll find Lisa pursuing her daily yoga practice, traveling or spending time with her children, who both attended college here in New York City.
