Lauren McClellan

A licensed architect in private practice, New York City agent Lauren McClellan brings a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of buildings to residential real estate sales. Her training uncovers the potential each property has to offer, while her warmth, passion and drive make her a joy to work with. A valuable member of the Danny Davis Team at Corcoran, Lauren leverages her dynamic skillset and fondness for people to deeply understand her clients’ needs and deliver on their goals.

As a child actor in her native Canada, Lauren made her first real estate investment early on, launching her passion for buildings. After earning bachelor’s degrees from MIT in engineering and architecture, she graduated from Harvard with a Master of Architecture degree. Lauren contributed to the design of several award-winning residences, artist studios and installations at top design companies before launching her own practice, Threshold Office, in 2020.

When Lauren is not helping clients buy and sell their homes, she’s designing them or gathering inspiration from New York City’s great museums, galleries and neighborhoods.
